Slovak diacritics being removed by MyPhoneExplorer

Hi,

I visit Slovakia quite often and frequently use the textinput feature in MyPhoneExplorer to paste GPS and location information into Locus Map on my Samsung Galaxy S4.
I discovered today that a number of Slovak diacritics are being stripped out by MyPhoneExplorer?

Below is a list of all the available Slovak diacritics.
The top line are the ones I've typed in using the keypad on my phone.
The bottom line is what’s displayed in the textinput window in MyPhoneExplorer.

As you can see a number of characters have been stripped of their diacritics.
Any ideas how I can overcome this problem as I’m currently having to correct the diacritic stripped characters using the keyboard on the phone after I’ve typed it into MyPhoneExplorer.
