Synchronization problem when travelling

I still have problems with agenda synchonization whenever I travel with a change of time zone.

All dates and hours of entries on Outlook 2016 on my PC are changed and do not consider the fact that only my time zone changed.

For example if a appointment is set at 11 am on my mobile then a new entry is made at 6 pm if I am in thailand, even if the entry already exists in Outlook with the right time and time zone. Whe I go back home in France, my whole agenda is changed with +6

Both agenda are correct on my android device an on my PC, even if I change time zone on both, but if I use synchronization, it is a mess. And I have to delete plenty of items on my PC !
