Not Syncing Contact - Phone to PC

Hi - I'm using MPE to sync between an Android 6.0 phone and a Windows 10 PC running Thunderbird. All mail syncing is working perfectly in both directions, but I've just noticed contact syncing is not working Phone to PC - Other direction is fine. It's set up to sync in both directions, but even if I set it the force sync phone to PC it still doesn't work. Anyone have any ideas??

Same problem with me using MPE.
WINDOWS
Using Win10 64Bit Pro
PHONE
Mobile Phone Samsung S9 Model SM-G960F 64GB
MPE 1.8.9 Sync with Outlook items, Contacts, Calendar, and MPE Notes
Using Synch Both Option
Problems seemed to occur in my case AFTER "Feature update to Windows 10, version 1809:
Can no longer successfully update changes from Outlook to Phone for changes to Contacts, Calendar, MPE Notes/
In particular by synching I deleted the Phones sharesd contacts, entries to my phones calendar, and all my Notes items.
None of these however were removed from Outlook
I have removed MPE 1.8.9 from Windows OS, and replaced it with the update to MPE 1.9.10 . Also removed and reinstalled MPE Client app on S9 Phone
The same problems are occuring in each MPE Version.
