Transferring OUTLOOK Contacts with-out Contact Notes ???

I have MyPhoneExplorer to transfer OUTLOOK Contacts to my Phone & Tablet, but for various reasons I do no wish my personal notes to be transferred !
Is there a way to transfer from PC to Phone/Tablet without ??

Interesting. I have the opposite problem. After getting a new phone (Galaxy S7) I fine that MPE managed to synch Calendar but not Notes!
