My Samsung Note 3 suddenly lost of all the calendar data yesterday after several years of having no problems. I could not sync the data from my desktop calendar to the phone by using the Synchronize icon. However, I tried to sync the calendar using the Samsung calendar app and it worked perfectly!
I've solved my own problem, but I would like to understand why the calendar data on the phone disappeared. The only thing I have done differently in the past week is travel via plane to a different time zone. Is this a bug?
I would also like to understand why the sync only worked by pushing from the phone. I don't see any settings in the desktop settings that would only indicate "only initiate sync calendar data from the phone, not the desktop."
