Since the last HUGE windows 10 update MyPhone Explorer Client is NOT able to connect with the software on the computer. I also had to have my cell phone replaced. Now when trying to sync my cellphone and computer the computer software says it can not find my phone.
You could start by giving more details. Like how are you trying to connect (wifi, usb or Bt?), what the error messages are, what android version on your phone etc etc.
