BAsically when i click phone tacts sync i get the error.

I just want to view my contacts!

The error comes from the phone - not from MyPhoneExplorer.

What you wanted to do ?

Hi there - absolutely brilliant software, I've used it very happily for a year now without any problems!

Well, until now. I've just installed the software on a new computer and am trying to multi synch my k750i for the first time. I've put it into phone mode and restarted my computer since I installed the software, but each time it says "OBEX protocol could not be initialised."

Any ideas on what to do would be really appreciated!

Check if the Modem-Drivers are visible in the windows-device manager. Press "Search device" in the settingswindow and READ THE FAQ.

I did read the FAQ. It was written in such oblique computer speak I couldn't understand a word of it.

You want to connect via USB-Cable - right ? Do you know how to open the windows-devicemanager ?
