Hi,
Previously, the sync between Outlook and MFE worked fine.
But after a crash of my HDD I had to reinstal everything.
Now the sync works in the wrong direction by default.
Generally I enter new data in Outlook, so I expect that the sync will transfer these data to my smartphone (Samsung Galaxy S3) But in fact the sync works in the reverse order by default : it erases the new data in my Outlook. So I have to set the good direction manually, for each piece of data : calendar or Contact...
How to change this behavior ?

This new behavior is quite boring and very dansgerous !!!

MPE on the PC:

Settings > Sync > Events and Tasks (Outlook) - Advanced > Sync mode

and:

Settings > Sync > Contacts (Outlook) - Advanced > Sync mode
