I have just purchased a W710i and what I connected it to my laptop the New Hardware Wizard pops up. It wants to know what software I want to install. I am using a USB cable that was supplied with the phone. What software do I need to install and where can I find? Also when I do manage to get connected I want to install some ringtones that I have on my laptop and used with my other phone. Where can I find instructions on how to do this? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.

If you connect your phone by USB cable, Windows finds a new hardware
and wants to install the drivers for this.
Insert the original CD you've got with your phone and let Windows' wizzard
search for the drivers on this CD.
After installation is completed , you'll have the drivers needed for
connection with MyPhoneExplorer.
Best thing would be to restart your computer after installation and then
reconnect the phone with cable to PC.
Then start MyPhoneExplorer, go to File > Settings and click on "Search Device".
If you have a succesfull connection all other will be intuitive...

Please note: If you connect your phone and it asks for a mode to choose,
always use "phone mode", not "data mode"!
