Added 2nd email address to Outlook but it was not recognized by sync and never updated in phone. I then changed the PHONE 2nd email address info but on another sync Outlook was not updated. I guess the program only compares one email address so updates don't work. Many people have a business and personal email addresses they prefer on certain email content.

Not sure how you're sync'ing or which contacts app you use on the phone but I have an S7 and sync to Outlook 2010 running on W10. I have no problems sync'ing 3 email addresses from Outlook and being able to see them on the phone. It may be worth a) checking what contact details are displayed in your contact app and/or b) testing other contact apps. I use 'True Phone' and with it I can see all Outlook contact fields that are supported on Android.
