[SOLVED] Using Huawei driver with MPE?

Hello
I have a Huawei P8 Lite smartphone for which Huawei provides no easier way to get its drivers than by installing its 22MB HiSuite bloatware.
I'm unwilling to install smaller, unofficial drivers floating around the Internet for fear that they come with a virus.
After installing HiSuite, this is what I found in its c:\Program Files\HiSuite\hwtools directory:
I'd like to know if those files are enough to somehow have MPE work with my phone, and how to get from setup.exe to a working sync.
I assume I would also need to find a working, safe adb.exe.

Edit : I bit the bullet and installed the following unofficial driver, which did work : http://adbdriver.com
