How to Restore Contacts without having made backup

I have synced MyPhoneExplorer to my phone, so all the contacts etc. is on the pc (MyPhoneExplorer). Unfortunately I did not 'create a backup' from MyPhoneExplorer . I have since sent my phone for repair and they have wiped all the data from the phone. How can I now get the data from MyPhoneExplorer back to the phone? I know that the data is still there in MyPhoneExplorer (and in MyDocuments, App Data, Roaming), but how do you tell MyPhoneExplorer to sync/export to the phone (not from the phone)?

DO NOT SYNC NOW !!!
Export all Data (Contacts/Appointments/Messages) by using the contextmenu. Save it as vcf/vcs/sms-File. Then sync all parts and look what happen. If data got lost you can import the files and sync again.

Hi,
Thanks for the advice, but when I did a "multi snyc ", it wipes out all data on the pc and replaces with whatever is on the phone.
I have however found out out with my phone (sony ericsson k610i), on the memory stick in the system folder, there is a PB_Backup.vcf file which holds backup data in vcf format. I replaced this with the one exported from MyPhoneExplorer, and hey presto when you then (from the phone) do a "restore contacts" from the memory stick, it restores all the data that was originally on my pc!
