After extended use of MyPhoneExplorer, Win10 op sys and synching Outlook contacts and calendar with my Galaxy Note 3 I have received an error message.
"Failed to obtain IP address of the phone socket error 10061 connection forcefully rejected"
I have tried both direct USB cable connection and through my wireless router.
There has been an update to windows 10 but I do not know if this has effected the operation and where to look to find any problem
I have tried switching off the Firewall and am able to ping the phone's ip address
Can you suggest further checks to correct this problem.
