There is a behavior of birthdays i don't exactly understand
when i add a reminder for a birthday from the phone itself it added as a birthday and when i enter i got links to call and send message to that contact
when i sync it to MPE i see the contact's name and birthday checked (what i expect)

when i add a reminder from MPE the reminder, it creates it as XXX Birthday
and when i sync it to the phone i see it as a regular recurrent event (even so on MPE it marked as birthday)

is this a known (bug?) and if so i suggest changing this behavior

After you added the reminder in the phone: Sync the phonebook AND the organizer with MyPhoneExplorer.

i did a multi-sync and also syncs them both manualy
it still the same...

Just to be sure:
- you added the birthday including reminder in the phone
- you synced both

Do you see the reminder-event now in the organizer-section of MyPhoneExplorer ? If yes - the reminder is NOT appears in the contact-edit dialog of the contact ?

if i add birthday/reminder on the phone its ok
the problem is when i do it on MPE

OK, now is everything clear. There is no way to create an event from outside so that it looks identical the birthday events inside the phone. I know this but i'm afraid there is no way to fix it.
