I really like the idea by sending FlashSMS (FlashMessages)
I use it often to send some info to friends.

I have benn looking all over net to find out how to make it directly from my W800i phone.

I also called SonyEricsson about but they could not give any help there.

I wonder, is it possible to send it directly.
How should I do that? Anybody know? Question

This is not possible. Its bad i know, there is nothing special on a Flashmessage - only one bit which is set.

One little Bit Shocked

So many other phone have it, but not with my w800i. Very bad.
A wonder if maybe a Java thing could do that. It's just one little tiny Bit.

With JAVA i think you could do things like this on the W800. Do you now a midled called "zipSMS" ? This Midlet sends compressed Textmessages so i think its also possible to send a normal message with the Flash-Flag.

But i cannot write apps in JAVA (before you ask)

I checked the ZipSMS. Very expensive just for sending a FlashMessage...
But I will check on the net and see if I can find somebody with the skill to write a small Java for the phone.
The ZipSMS is just a Dekstop application. I am not a programmer anymore, I left the C and Basic programming in the 80's...

But thanks for Your help. I will notify You if I can find something that we all can use on our phones.
