Cannot read external memory Memory Stick Duo

Today I have downloaded the MyPhoneExplorer. I have a Sony Ericsson K750i. But I cannot read the the Memory Stick Duo.
I got the message that the file (pictures) is empty. When I have connected the phone I got the message that the Memory Stick Duo is not available.
What can be the problem?

On the K750 the MemoryCard is accessed throught standard Windows-commands. Its read as you would read a local drive. Make ensure that you can see the MemoryStick in "My Computer" and that there is a subfolder called MSSEMC in it.

I got no "local drive" in My Computer. There is no subfolder called MSSEMC either.
I have got the same problem when I am using Sony Ericssons PC-Suite.

Yes, I removed the deivce from the list in the Control Panel plus I removed the Sony Ericsson PC Suite. Then I installed it again but no change.

I have similar problem: i can't upload any files to my memory stick while uploading to phone memory is working just fine. I'm using bluetooth.
