Command Line for Portable Install

Hi, I was just wondering if there was a way to auto download and install portably via command line?

I'm no expert at this, but would like to include this app into the list of available apps in SyMenu's SPS Manager.

To accomplish that I would need the following...
1. Allow MPE to install without user intervention.
2. Select English language during silent installation.
3. To install MPE as a portable application.

I've tried to unpack MPE using Universal Extractor which gives all the relevant files, but not in a working configuration.

Any chance you could supply the required info please. If not currently possible, please consider this a feature request. Btw, I have tried searching for it on the forum, but was unable to come up with anything.
