Synchro outlook

Hi I have setup the MyPhoneExplorer today.
When the synchro with outlook calendar is done ?
Is it on regular basis ?
Or only when reconnecting ?

If I have new meeting scheduled while I'm at my desk, will the phone receive it ?
Or do I have leave my desk and come back (with the phone !!) ?
Or do I always have to start manually the synchro ?

I would like MyPhoneExplorer to be as much non-intrusive as possible.
I don't want to see popups tell me that the app is synchronising...
Is it possible ?

A sync is done manually - though if you 'search' the forums I believe there are ways to set it up so that it is at least semi-automatic. Settings to check are:

phone: MPE > Settings > Calendars/contact accounts to sync
PC: MPE > File > Settings > Sync > Contacts (Advanced)
MPE > File > Settings > Sync > Events & Tasks (Advanced)

On the PC ensure 'Show confirmation window' is checked!!

Is it possible to ask the developper to add an automatisation feature ?
It would be great to not have to worry about the sync, ever.
For exemple, myPhoneExplorer could launch a sync each 15min (more or less)

Also, I have unchecked all the parameter, but I still can see the progress bar.
I do not want to see the sync notification 100 times a day !!
I think it might get a bit anoying !!

It´s always possible to ask anything but for this the answer will be no.
The MPE does not work that way and it would almost take to programm a complete new software to do that.

ok, I understand.
I found a workaround. My phone "asks" for updates each 15minutes.

Another topic :
I know not many people are using, but I do !
In outlook, my meetings have different colored-category depending on what subject they're on.

When the meetings are transfered to my phone, the color are not the same...
Category Blue is not blue, it's green in MyPhoneExplorer. Category Gray is also green...
Category yellow is... well ugly yellow...

Would it be possible to post an upgrade to have the same color as outlook ?
Please ?

This is not supported by Outlook.
If you need different colors for different events (like I do) I recomend you create several local calendars and use them to sort things out.
