Write permission to ENCRYPTED External SD card in Android 6

Hi there,

I used MyPhoneExplorer to sync files between my PC and my phones (Samsung Galaxy S3, S5, Note3) without any problem before.

Now, I have a Galaxy S7 (Android 6.0 Marshmallow) and I have noted an issue with the write permission to the ENCRYPTED external SD card. Every time i try to copy/write a file from my PC to my encrypted external SD card via MyPhoneExplorer, it returns an error message saying "Please note: It's impossible to wirte to the external SD card (External storage) for all third party applications due to a security restriction in Android! The internal phone storage (Memory card) is not affected by this restriction. "

Please note that I have no problem copy/write files from my PC to the non-encrypted external SD card on my Galaxy S7.

And i observe that this issue with the write permission to encrypted SD card in Android 6 also happens with other 3rd party app such as ES File Explorer.

So, I reckon the way apps write to encrypted external SD might be changed in Android 6?!?!
