Can't sync calendar in Windows 10.

I have 2 computers (desktop and laptop) running Windows 10 and Outlook 2013. I connect my Android phone to them via WiFi.
I can't sync my phone's calendar to Outlook calendar on either computer. When I attempt to do so, The phone's calendar is downloaded into the MyPhoneExplorer database, but it doesn't get into the Outlook calendar. What can I Do?
