I've tried to install but when I try to open the application it says:

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000022). Click on OK to terminate the programme.

What does any of this mean?

Have you tried re-downloading and re-installing?

Yeah, ive done that a couple of time but still says the same message!

Im only trying to do this as my flash on phone is broke and they are telling me to reset factory settings but i want to keep my text messages...
