I was just using the program this moring and it was working fine tried to get it work tonight so i could back up my texts again but not when every i try to connect my phone freezes then after 10seconds i get a white screen and it restarts is there any thing i can do to fix this as i need this program for backing up my texts as i fill my phone every day

but gr8 program any way cant live wiv out it that y i need it fixing so bad lol

p.s i have taken battery out and left it for 5mins to see if it would work after that but still nothing i have got a se w810i

Dont matter any more fixed it throwing it agenst wall actually fixed it lol i do not recomend it for other people tho.

I am getting this same problem of when I start synching via Bluetooth, the phone will go white screen and looks like it is resetting. MPE has then lost connection to phone.

I am using XP, ver 6.1 of MPE and K800i

Sorry that should read v 1.6 of MPE

When the phone gets a white-screen i think you should make a firmware-upgrade

I have uninstalled and then reinstalled MPE and all seems well again.
