One way sync without deletion

First of all thanks for a wonderful product, I used Blackberry's for years and got used to syncing PC's and phones, was stunned when it was not natively supported in Android.

I keep work and personal phones and keep the contacts separate, my personal life is none of my companies business.

My personal phone is also a backup repository of work contacts over many years, over 8,000 at last count.

I would like to be able to add new work contacts to the personal phone from MPE without replacing the entire database. Exceptions permits this but i would have to tick 8,000 boxes....

Can we have an option to simply add the current Outlook Contacts to the phone please?
