How to use local default calendar (lollipop 5.0)

Hi lads,

I am using Myphoneexplorer since years, it'a a great app.
I upgraded to lollipop 5.0.
I would like to synchronize my calendar (Thunderbird) with my local phone calendar instead of google calendar.
I did not managed. It automatically synchronise with Google calendar ...
I see the optioni available in MPE when adding a event.
How to have it by default when sync with thunderbird ...?

First you must create a new calendar, then you can set MPE to save new events into that calendar.

For bringing old entries into that new calendar it´s a little bit of work to do.
Copy all calendar entries into that new calendar and then delete the entries in the old one. I think that is done easiest by using a third party app like Outlook or Thunderbird.

Do you mean create a new calendar in MPE ? if so I did not find how to ...
If you mean, a new calendar in Thunderbird, I tried so and resync, google calendar still used Sad

On the phone, run the MPE app. Settings > Manage local calendars > [create new local calendar]

But first, check: Settings > Calendars to sync - you may have a local calendar anyway.

Once done, ensure 'Calendars to sync' is the one you want to sync .....
