Syncing Outlook calendar events with excessive text

I noted that MPE cuts text in the Message field of a Calendar event if the text is more than 9900 symbols or like. I use the Message field for notes related to an event and the notes can be more than 9900 symbols. My main calendar tool is Outlook, so it is not a big problem for me. However if the texts in an event goes beyond of the abovementioned limit, during every sync session MPE suggest to override such an event (even if it was not changed) with one saved in the phone ( containing a cropped version of the text). I use bidirectional sync mode by default because sometimes I need to save changes to events ( or save new events) made in the phone. So nearly every sync session I have to check if there is a need to save any changes made in phone and, if not , change sync direction setting to Outlook -> Phone in order to keep full version of the text in the events with excessive text volume at least in Outlook. This is a bit annoying. Please advise if there is a way around.

the link is really helpful.
However the question remains as to if it is possible to make MPE not to suggest re-syncing records that were truncated on the phone side
