MMS Messages Non Transferable & Returning SMS from Archi

Hi, I really enjoy your product and firstly want to thank you for making it freely available. Awesome. I'm using MPE with a Samsung SGS5 SM-G9000H smart phone.

I've recently downloaded all the messages from the phone to the MPE software and then archived them on the PC. I then noticed that all the MMS messages that have photos, or are too long to be SMS, were not copied from the phone at all and remain there. The SMS that were moved to archive, cannot be moved back to the MPE Inbox or MPE Sent. The archived messages can not be uploaded back to the phone either.

This leaves me with MMS on the mobile phone, and SMS in the MPE archive. I cannot group all my messages in the one place, or return them to how they once were on the phone.

Is there any way to undo the operation and move them all back to the phone?
