I have used this fabulous and powerful software on SE mobiles, which worked much better than SE software.

Now, I am using it with Android, again it is a powerful and very useful software, it is even much better than before, but it still lack to a few things.

First, on lists like contact lists it shows Arabic lettering, but when any contact is open for editing it does not show Arabic lettering and it shows question marks instead, if saved it will save it as question marks and remove the real Arabic lettering. So this needs some attention to fix.

Second, when I select to show all contacts, there are some duplicates, because there are many types of contacts for example, if there is WhatsApp installed, selecting all contacts will show in the list any contact with whatsapp as 2 contacts 1 for mobile and 1 for whatsapp, while actually it is only one contact.

Third, when exporting contacts list or call logs to a csv file or any other type, the Arabic lettering does not export correctly, but as question marks.

I guess this happens to all UTF-8 languages including RTL

I do appreciate if the developer agrees to fix these in the next version.

As an old-times user, I will try to keep up with this and give feedback and even suggest other things or issues to fix.

i think it's not a software issue...
it is windows settings issue...

go to:
ctrl panel - region and language - administrative tab - change system local

set to arabic....

this should solve ur problem

regarding ur second issue...

this is normal behavior
whatsapp creates its own contacts database in your phone. it reads your phone contacts, an when it finds a number registered to whatsapp, it creates a contact for that number in whats app account contacts database.

any way, to view a clean list of your contacts, go to mpe app in your phone - settings - contacts account to sync - uncheck whatsapp & viber

regarding ur 3rd issue:

if u solved issue 1, then u solved issue 3. check it.
and if not , then it's windows issue again. right click the csv file you exported, open with note pad. don't change anything, just got to file - save and make sure the incoding is ANSII...
