Getting confused syncing Outlook 2013 (Off365) with MPE ...

Hello,
I have a strange problem that does not always occur. Let me try to explain.
I have my Off2013 with calendar & tasks & contacts on Win7 x64 SP1.
I setup MPE186 to sync with Calendar&task and contacts, choosing calendar/tasks/contact from a PST file (not a Office 97-2002 pst format, the new pst format, unicode). Then I connect my android (Sony Xperia S, Android 4.1.2 official, unrooted). Sync mode is Outlook->phone
I set MPE to prompt before applying changes.
Syncing my contacts for sample. It will suggest me a list of change. For sample 80 contacts to delete from phone, 15 to update. Selecting a contact MPE proposes me to delete, contact info from phone is ok, contact info from outlook is empty. So, I assume MPE considers it has been deleted as not retrieved from outlook and so propose me to delete it from phone too (as per sync mode). Cancelling the sync.
I stop outlook and/or MPE and sync again. Contacts MPE suggest me to delete are not listed anymore as to be deleted and sync succeed without modification.
After a couple of hours, syncing, same occurs.
Same outlook stop/start and sync works normally.
I have same behaviour with calendar items.
I already uninstalled MPE186, be back to 185 or again to 186, deleted temp files, set/unset outlook addin use ...
Also deleted all contacts and calendar/tasks from phone to force new sync,
delete and recreated profile, ....
Outlook issue ?
I recreated my pst from scratch, copying contacts,tasks,calendar to new one and syncing using new one as base reference. No way. Same prob.
