Gmail + Local Account + Outlool Sync

Hi,
Is it possible to have a device (Samsung Galaxy S II with CM12 Lollipop) that sync contacts to Outlook locally to the PC and at the same time the same contacts are syncronized to Gmail contacts?
If so how to?
