I have been a happy user of MPE with a Samsung Galaxy 2.
I just bought a Kingzone z1 running Android 4.4.4 and although it is paired with my computer on Bluetooth and it is correctly connected with my Wifi, every time I try to sync MS Outlook with this new phone, I get a message stating that the ip address of the phone was not found (in case of Wifi coonection) or that bluetooth did not find the phone. I even tried to state the ip address in the options. Nothing works. I precise that I am using the latest version of MPE.
Could you please help?

Firewall blocking things? Tried rebooting your router and PC? And phone? Installed MPE correctly, and set it up, on the new phone?

All that was tried/checked, with no result.

For a Bluetooth connection:

Check the serial port selection in MPE settings.
The port should look something like this - COM6 'SAMSUNG-SGH-I337' Bluetooth-Port - with a com port number and the name you assigned when you set up the Bluetooth port.


For a WiFi connection:

Try using a fixed IP address for your phone. To guarantee a specific IP address for your phone create a reservation in your router.
