Outlook calendar

I have installed MPE on my desktop and Galaxy S5 using usb cable.
It has updated my mobile calendar.
I have change to WIFI.
In Settings I have set it to update Outlook > Mobile
It does not? Please help.
Is there an manual for the various settings for sync options
which I have done.
