I have instaled P2KCommander-V4.9.c. When I connect phone and run P2KCommander.exe some windows popup and say:

Found new hardware: Motorola Accessory
Found new hardware: MCU Data Logger
Found new hardware: Test Command

In all there it says " Windows could not load the installer for USR. Contact vendor" and tries to connect to internet for installing something and I say connect and it looks but can't find what it wants and finally says " hardware not installed correctly and may not work "

How to solve this? I think I need some drivers. I tried installing drivers come with P2KCommander but says again " Windows could not load the installer for USR. Contact vendor"

I think you are on the wrong place with your questions. I'm not here to support apps for motorola and i'll also not help you with flashing - tools. For your interests there are better forums like esato.com.
