Great Software. I use it every day. I just have one small but irritating issue.
When I have used some function at PC like send SMS or managing adressbook, the sound is killed at phone!
Another great function is the infobox at PC when phone is called, and this have saved a lot of unnoticed calls...
Why is sound turn off? Is it a known bug? I think its remained the three last versions I used. I could turn sound on at phone several times a day.
PC: XP pro sp3, Phone: Samsung S4

Probably you did enable this "feature" yourself. Check the settings of MyPhoneExplorer Client on the phone, there is an option called "Silent on active connection"
