Calendars to sync - Error: the settings could not be loaded

Hi. I tried to access the Calendars to sync in Settings, but get an "Error: the settings could not be loaded" message. This is on 2 different PC's same phone. Don't remember this before? Hope someone can help. Thanks. t

Probably this happened because you did not set up any phone profile until now. First connect your phone, then you can change the sync settings (later also with disconnected phone but MPE needs a phone profile to store the settings)

Thanks. I do have a profile set up. The error comes on the desktop not the phone. I did wonder if was to do with that so I deleted and set up new ones after a recent move from Office 2010 to 2013, but I still get the error, I have screen shots, and also on another laptop that I sync to?
