Corrupted euro symbol

Hello,

I use Outlook 2013 on Windows 7 x64, with an Outlook (97-2002) format pst file for compatibility.
I Use MyPhoneExplorer 1.8.6
I sync (2-way) with a Huawei Honor 6, running Android KitKat 4.4.2.
I am on a french setted configuration, both on Windows and on the Phone.

I have some contacts that have, in their notes, the euro symbol "€"

On first sync from Outlook to phone, the symbol crossed fine to the phone.
Then I changed (only) the pictures of those contacts onto the phone, and made some (around 4) sync since the last one because of other changes on other contacts.
No change or change detection where signaled on those contacts having the € symbol by MPE.

Then I changed the category of those € contacts onto the phone changing the category name.

Then synced.
On that last sync, MPE detected a change and I saw in the comparison windows into MPE that the symbol € on the phone was changed by a "?" into Outlook.

1- Here is a bug that should be corrected Smile

2- Why haven't this "change" been detected until I modified the category of those contacts ?

At begining, there is a € into Outlook.
After first sync, MPE sees a € into the phone and a ? into Outlook.
After the nth sync, the ? is in both sides.

For some reason, this "change" is only detected after a few other sync applied to other contacts.

Yes, you've seen right, it is Outlook (97-2002) format. But MPE is the only app that I have reviewed that corrupts these symbols when syncing with Androïd. So I guess there is a workaround that can be applied. If this can help. And this do not explain why MPE only detects the change after multiples syncs, and not immediatly after the first one.
