Bug Report: unwanted autocorrect of leading "0"

Phone numbers in Gabon have format +241 04 NN NN NN. When I created a contact in Gabon, MyPhoneExplorer autocorrects the number to +241 4 NN NN NN. This is unwanted! In the particular case of Gabon, the leading "0" must stay even when prefixed with country number +241.
So +241 04 NN NN NN is correct, +241 4 NN NN NN is not (calls will not go through without the 0)
Update: The "0" was supposed to be removed Feb 1st

Gabon tried to remove the "0" on Feb 1 2014 to comply with international dialing rules but somehow there was a backlash and when I was there last week the "0" was back. I personally verified that calls don't go through without the "0". Couldn't find an official source to explain what's happening and whether the "0" will go away eventually or not.

I tried the March 31st nightly and I can confirm the problem is fixed in there.
