why does it take SOOO long to sync my photos, when I have only added 2 or 3 since yesterday. Seems to be copying all of them....into a cache maybe? I have set the cache to delete because I have limited space on my SSD drive (and you can set the cache to be on another drive, or can you?) but is there no other way to sync photos? Seems a bit clumsy...and takes hours!

Ddid you move the previous synced photos already from the original folder on the PC ?

yes

In the case MPE will transfer the photos from phone to PC again. Thats normal. But the current beta has also an option to transfer only new photos from phone to PC: http://www.fjsoft.at/files/MyPhoneExplo ... Update.exe
