Bluetooth connection android 4.2.2

I cannot establish BT connection using Huawei Y330 with android 4.2.2 and MPE running on Win7. I checked every forums and troubleshootings without finding the solution.
Using USB, everithing works. SPP is set correctly in the PC, pressing F1, the MPE client recognise the incoming BT connection. The problem is that no RX response of the phone is recevied. I am not a developper, but the only possible reason which I was found could be something with the security of RFCOMM. I suggest that insecure communication would be required, but I do not know whether MPE is working according to that. Please check the log and provide certain solution. Thanks:

This is a known issue of the Bluetooth Stack in Android 4.2, if you are able to update to Android 4.3 then it will work again

Unfortunately it is not an option, I cannot root the phone and I think it won't update by itself. Is there any workaround or MPE version which can help?

Sorry, there is no workaround.

Other possibilities (but they are probably alot of work):
- install a CyagenMod-Build with Android 4.3
- or downgrade your phone to Android 4.1 (i don't know if this is possible for Huawei phones)
