I am having a problem syncing my photos and music on my Samsung S4 phone. I have both a phone and tablet set up with MPE. When I sync with the tablet all is fine, but when I try to sync with the phone the MPE software switches to the tablet to sync to instead. This is not the case when I sync outlook or contacts with the phone. what have I done wrong?
MyPhoneExplorer does choose another available device if the connection cannot be etablished. It has nothing to do which action is started, probably the connection to your phone is a littlebit unstable. If you connect via WiFi then you should ensure that the screen of the phone is active when you connect.
