Your SW is great and I'll be happy to donate. Can you please add a paypal link for english users. Also, is that possible to donate in some other way other than paypal ?

There should be another way to donate.
Please send a PM to FJ an he will send you instructions how to donate.
(maybe in two weeks, because he's in holiday)

Normally the PayPal-Site should be shown in english but since 2 weeks its always shown in german. Tomorrow i will contact Paypal so that they can fix it.
Alternative:
- go to PayPal.com
- send your donation to the user '
fjsoft@gmx.at' - thats me.
- the donation arrives me the same way as it would work throught the direct link, but if you do it this way you have an english interface.
