Thank you very much for MyPhoneExplorer. Great program.
I had it working for about two days, but now it is not possible anymore to connect to my Samsung S plus through USB. This is what happened and what I have tried: I also use mass-storage mode (with MPE off). That gave me problems from the start: working smoothly several times and than it goes wrong: I can not disconnect. Error: can't stop this device, reason searchindexer.exe. And/or: request devicedescripter failed. ANd/or: USB device not recognised: the last device that was connected, has caused a malfunction. Windows does not recognize the device anymore.
At that point I can't shutdown my laptop in a normal way and have to force a shutdown. After deleting drivers and reinstalling it dit work again, but not anymore.
And now MPE also can not connect anymore. Error: USB device not recognised: the last device that was connected, has caused a malfunction. Windows does not recognize the device anymore. Even going back to a restore point when everything still worked, has not solved this problem.

I uninstalled and reinstalled drivers: (manually
Samsung offical android drivers (MTP and ADB Driver), tried version 1.5.14. and 1.5.43). I uninstalled and reinstalled MPE. I have standby off. Debugging on. I do not have the possibility to choose only "Telefon laden". I have used an usb 3.0 and later 2.0.

I hope you can help me find a solution. Connect via WLAN is very slow and not always available.

Restart your phone and let USB-Debugging disabled for the first time. Then connect the phone and look at the devicemanager if eevrything is OK. Then unplug the phone, enable USB-Debugging and plug in again. Try to connect with MPE and post the complete logfile if the connection failed.

Thank you for your response. I have followed your advice (took out the battery), but the same as I have described above, happened.

I've been using MPE for 3 years,
Evetything was OK until this morning.
When I connect my NEXUS 4, Windows tells me
"Périphérique USB non reconnu"
Which in English is
"unable to connect you USB device".
