Program not registering phone

I have an Xperia Go, but when I attach it to my PC using USB, the program doesn't register.
I have tried to change the settings via settings > apps > etc., but I don't find that option on my phone.
I have also looked for the driver there are links to, but the website seems to no longer be in function?
I can't get autodetect to work either.
My phone is a company phone with no data subscription. I really just want to sync my Notes calendar with the phone, so meetings are also available on my phone. Can someone help me, please?
