Hello to All. New user here. How offen the sync is been made? Is it automatic? Can I set the frequency of sync?

It's not automated, but fairly easy to set-up a scheduled sync in Windows Task Scheduler if you DO want to automate it.

I asked the same question in another new thread. I assume there's something in the softwre that detects the phone is available and runs the sync. Mine runs all the time and wakes up my phone, when it does that the phone keeps the screen lit.

You can set it to sync on connect...but there's no time-able sync function unless you set up a schedule in Windows Task Scheduler (that's the easiest way).

As to your screen staying lit, you can change that in the app settings. Think it's "standby mode on active connection". Basically, it won't let the phone go to sleep when it's connected to the pc.
