Outlook 2010 Sync issues and inability to initially connect

User of MyPhoneExplorer for many years, thank you.

Have had many issues the most severe one is data not syncing correctly and even being deleted without confirmation.

Currently use:
Outlook 2010 (ver 14.0.7116.5000)
Motorolla Razr Maxx HD
Sys v 9.30.1.XT926
Android 4.1.2

MyPhoneVersions PC 1.8.5 Phone: 1.0.36

ISSUE 1. I start client on Phone and then initiate software on PC (not from within Outlook addon). I receive an error indicating that the software could not connect with Phone ip address. I've adjusted firewall thinking perhaps all of the sudden something is different. I abandoned this type of thinking because although I get the error if I press synch later it completes connection and performs sync. Not sure if deleting user or removing and reinstalling software might help but I leave that for you to decide if necessary.

ISSUE 2: Data is deleted and not challenged.

Because of may past data deletion issues with sync I always request confirmation before change. I've noted that this challenge isn't always received and data is deleted (mostly with respect to Calendar).

In the beginning issues were related to different data existing in different calendars on Phone (My Phone, AutoBackup, Google).

I always try not to sync with anything but MyPhoneExplorer and shut down/off sync'ing with gmail, AutoBackup, FaceBook, etc.)

In a perfect world I want Outlook to control (by default) and to challenge any new/different information from Phone which would be added. I've tried "force Outlook" method and Sync BOTH. Neither solved problem.

Most recently I had a scheduled doctor appointment in phone (actually My Backup/Assistant version). Usually put in my google account (my gmail email account phil.devinsky).

Upon the most recent sync I noticed that when I pressed sync it only showed me challenges for Contacts yet sync'd everything and deleted without challenge my important doctor date.

I need to understand why this may happen to avoid it happening any longer. I need to trust my scheduled calendar dates and may need to seek other alternatives because this has for the past several years caused me to miss appointments. I currently have paper backup of most dates to cover myself.

I am happy to provide you anything you need via email (preferably).

Once again in a perfect world I want to Force Outlook (trust) and challenge any ADD/Changes from either. On two occasions I had to recover older Outlook backups to renter dates deleted.

I always review all challenged data. Also it would be nice if the comma between State and Country code which differs from Outllok contact vs. Phone contact could some how be ignored instead of having to review every single record.

Once again love the product just need to trust it going forward. Nothing should be deleted (maybe even code data in RED) without challenging USER as requested.

Issue 2: The whole sync process between Outlook and the phone runs throught the confirmation window. Its impossible that MPE did not show a confirmation on a Outlook sync if the confirmation window was enabled.

But we can try to locate the issue: Please post the logfile (or email me with a link to this thread) exactly after the sync when you saw that a entry was deleted on the phone. I can review in the logfile the reason why the entry was deleted.
