Hi,
I have to reinstall my OS "Windows 7 x64" as it is very unstable.
I wish to know how to handle the setup of my current smartphone.
Do I just start from scratch as if I would configure for the first time the software, considering that on both the smartphone and Outlook 2010 I have data?
Thank you,
Spiro

Here is how to accomplish a reinstall of MPE sync with MS Outlook.
I was able to receive proper instructions for this need.
SCENARIO
- PC with MS Outlook full of data;
- Smartphone full of data from previous sync;
- Have to reinstall OS
Once your OS is up and running:
1. install of MPE software on your desktop;
2. install MPE client on your Smartphone;
3. run MPE on your desktop for the first time without connecting to your device. Apply initial MPE settings and reload it. Make sure you do not set any synchronization with MS Outlook yet.
4. run MPE Client and then MPE on your desktop. Connect for the first time. It will sync all existing data from your Smartphone regardless of what was set under Multi-sync settings.
NOTE: Do not be concerned about the existing data. MPE will link the existing contact/appointments based on their contact name and appointment subject/date. Then, next syncs will be based on the internal IDs. 5. start setting and running sync one by one (if you prefer) with MS Outlook and run a manual sync. Once all is resumed you can complete MPE settings and you are done.
