sync files comparison fails after daylight savings time

After the daylight savings time (the time shifted one hour ahead), the file sync now thinks that all of my files are different (even though most of them are not) and it wants to synchronize everything using the files from my phone.

I've had this problem for years. My only solution is to let everything synchronize. All the photos synchronize again. The file timestamps must look different for some reason.

I have this problem too. We need an option to exempt timestamp from comparison for syncing.

This issue is based on a bug in the filesystem of the phone.
MyPhoneExplorer does already compensate a tolerance if the timestamp differs exactly the shifting of Daylight-Saving-Time. Which Timezone is set on your PC ? Maybe the DST-Difference for your Timezone on the PC is not exactly one hour.
