Continual problems - No response???

I am trying to sync my contacts and calendar from Outlook 2010 via this program.

Most of the problems seem to occur when I reestablish the connection between the phone (Sprint/Samsung Note 2, Version 4.3)

This last sync, there is what looks like a “,” added on to the end of the address in the phone. This was not added by me.

The calendar had some huge number of sync issues.

For this last sync I wound up overriding the phone’s contacts and aborted the calendar sync.

The 2nd and 3rd sync went as it should.

In addition, MPE shows 9 less contacts and 39 more calendar items than Outlook.

Can someone help me with this?
