After sync-ing my Outlook 2010 contacts onto my phone, on the next sync it wants to write back to Outlook 73 of the over 400 contacts. Although these contacts have phone number and other data on the phone it does not show up in the sync window. Only the name (as you see in the second log below).
I am concerned that if I allow this 2nd sync it will duplicate the contacts in Outlook on my PC.
What do you suggest to do?

Below are the data you require:
- Model of your phone: ALCATEL 6010D
- Type of connection: WIFI
- MPE-version MPE 1.8.5
- Windows version Windows 7

You see only the contact name of a contact ? Sound like a WhatsApp or Facebook shadowcontact. Check the settings of MyPhoneExplorer Client on the phone. On "Contact accounts to sync" you should disable WhatsApp and Facebook and Skype

Please click on the second button in the contact view of MyPhoneExplorer (Download entire). Then try to sync again

Yes, I saw only the name. Since I have posted my request I deleted these shadow contacts. BTW, Whatsup and Facebook, etc, are disabled in the accounts to sync menu. So for the time being the contacts seem pretty stable. I will close this thread and start another one if new problems arise. Thanks anyway!
