Connection to phone could not be established

Hello, I had been using MyPhoneExplorer for a couple of weeks now and it was working without problems until a few days ago. All of a sudden the software does not recognize my phone any longer.

I did not do a complete evaluation of your software but I liked the aspects that I was able to try. I would very much like to continue testing it.

It seems you did not confirm the security message of the phone. Please check if there is a security promt on the phone when you try to connect and confirm. If not then go to the developer options of the phone and reset the trusted Debugging PCs so you'll get the prompt again when you connect again.

Hi,
There is no secutiry prompt on the phone when I try to connect.
I went to the developer options but there is no "trusted debugging PC" option. Only "USB debugging". I deactivated and reactivate it, but everything is still he same. Tried to connect via IP and USB cable. Here is the log:

OK, then restart your phone and also try another USB-Port. Which Android Version is installed on your phone ?
