I cannot connect my satio phone, it keeps saying no ports available. I've tried all the tips that come with this window. I have my phone on 'pc suite' with 'pc companion' switched off as recommended in other forum posts for satio. I tried to switch to com12 as was recommended in one post, but have no com ports available in the drop down list under the connection section.
Please could you advise.
If you have no COM-Ports availabel then the drivers for your phone were not installed or the PC did not detect your phone at all.
